"Jay and Marybeth Wilson have been our friends and neighbors for about 30 years. So when we finally decided to sell our home after 35 years, our decision was simple: list the house with Jay and Marybeth and Keller Williams. A few weeks prior to listing, Jay and Marybeth met with us to tour our home and explain their marketing and sales philosophy. Although we have sold a few homes during the past 10 years (ours and relatives’), we found their approach to be very different, more innovative and much more detailed than other real estate agencies we have worked with. The biggest difference we noticed was their attention to detail in preparation prior to listing our home. "Jay successfully sold my home in Chelmsford in 2014. When it was time to sell the family home in Concord where my three siblings and I grew up, we chose Jay and Marybeth as our realtors. In the early days, Marybeth was invaluable in her recommendations for preparing the house. Jay appreciated what our property had to offer, and used his extensive experience in comparing properties sold in the area to set a price, identifying the buyer groups and marketing the property in the best possible way.
